President and General Manager - Austin, San Marcos, & San Antonio Matthew M. Murphy Matt is responsible for oversight and management of Grande's operational performance and strategic direction. With over 14 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge within the telecommunications and media industries. Prior to joining the Grande team, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and was part of the founding management team of Atlantic Broadband. Prior to Atlantic Broadband, he served in various strategic management and investment professional roles with Aprisma Management Technologies, Great Hill Partners and Media Communications Partners. Matt began his career as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch after graduating from the University of Chicago. |

VP Technical Operations Shane Schilling Shane is responsible for the oversight and management of Grande's network and IT systems, delivering voice, video and data services for our residential and commercial customers. Shane has 10 years of experience in the telecommunications and cable industries, bringing with him extensive knowledge in network operations and engineering. Prior to joining Grande, Shane served as Director of Network Operations for Atlantic Broadband, with responsibility for all four of their operating regions. |

VP Finance Steve Knouse Steve brings over 30 years of experience to Grande, most of which has been in the telecommunications industry. He has a wealth of financial management knowledge. Prior to joining the Grande team, Steve served as Director of Accounting and Business Administration for Atlantic Broadband's Pennsylvania operations. Prior to Atlantic Broadband, Steve held various financial and operational management roles with Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications and Fanch Communications. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and lives in Waco, Texas. |

VP Network Operations and Engineering Lamar Horton Lamar has architected, launched and operated large Internet, video, telephony and transport networks and services during his 13 years in the industry. With his experience in the residential, commercial and wholesale communications environments, he brings a unique perspective to problem solving through technology and process. Prior to Grande Communications, Lamar contributed to other network providers such as Broadwing, PointOne and Dantis in various engineering and leadership roles. Lamar has also spent time as a Systems Engineer with Ethernet Switching and Routing manufacturer Riverstone Networks. His experience with Riverstone allowed him to understand the dynamics of working with Service Providers from a solutions platform perspective. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University in Dallas, TX . |

VP Enterprise Services Lee Linton As the leader of Grande's Enterprise Services division, Lee spends his time building and overseeing a talented group of outside and inside sales teams, sales engineering, account management and provisioning personnel. This team provides voice, data and Internet solutions to commercial companies in the small-to-medium-sized-company market segment. Before assuming his duties for Grande, he led B2B sales teams and managing market level P&L’s in the CLEC telecommunications space, including XO Communications and Birch Telecom, throughout the southeastern United States and Texas markets. He began his career after graduating from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. |

VP Human Resources Tracy Willis Tracy has over 15 years of HR experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. Before joining Grande in April 2002, she managed human resources for the avionics division of Trimble Navigation, a leading provider in advanced positioning systems. Before Trimble, Tracy held various Human Resources roles with Verticom Inc. and MicroElectronic Products. Tracy received her certificate in Human Resource Management from Sonoma State University, earned her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credentials through World at Work, and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from Society for Human Resources Management. |

VP Customer Care Dawn Blydenburgh Dawn joins us from Florida where she directed the Atlantic Broadband Call Center. She entered the cable industry in 1996 with Comcast, and then she expanded her call center management experience with Charter Communications. Working from the ground up in the business has given Dawn the ability to relate to the everyday experiences faced in a call center environment, specifically with cable related products. She is most passionate about the growth and development of individuals, which together create a successful and rewarding team. She volunteers as an elementary classroom reading buddy and for animal rescue organizations. |

VP and General Manager, Corpus Christi Dottie Lane Dottie is a telecommunications and cable industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in consumer marketing and operations. Her experience also includes development of short and long-range marketing plans to support subscriber acquisition, retention and product upgrades, both in the general and targeted Hispanic marketing arenas. She started her career with Storer Communications in 1980 and prior to coming to Grande, worked with Comcast, KBLCOM, TCI and ATT Broadband. Lane has served on the CTAM Texas board and has served on the boards of several volunteer organizations. Dottie has a BA from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL. |

VP and General Manager - Dallas, Houston & Waco, Midland, & Odessa C. Matthew Rohre Mr. Rohre leads the market's residential and commercial sales, field operations, office fulfillment and community relationships. Matt has more than 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in various management and technical roles, both as a service provider and a vendor. Prior to Grande, he spent time with Marconi, AT&T Broadband, TCI and Telecable. Matt currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Midway ISD Education Foundation and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas. |
